Best UTV Accessories Under $200 for Father’s Day 2020

If you’re stumped on what to get your dad for Father’s Day, keep in mind that dads are just bigger kids. Dads love things that they can tinker and play with. So, if your dad has a UTV, getting him accessories for his big kid toy is the perfect idea. We’ve put together a list of some affordable gift ideas under $150 that will work for for nearly every UTV out there, regardless of whether he has a Polaris, Can-Am, Honda, Kawasaki or Arctic Cat.

Xprite UTV LED Sideview Mirrors

XPrite has offered these mirrors for a while now and have come up with a new clamp design that allows mounting to any tubing from 1.25″ to 2.5″ in diameter. This new design eliminates most interference issues with most factory and aftermarket windshield on the market.

The mirrors themselves have a blueish tint to them that helps to eliminate glare from sunlight, along with artificial lighting sources. The blue works fairly well in doing so, while offering exceptional clarity. The mirrors feature rubber vibration isolators for keeping a stable view in rough terrain and to prevent the mirrors from sliding.

The built in LED lights are offered with both clear and smoked covers. The lights, especially the clear version, offer an impressive amount of light, featuring nine 5W LEDs. Fix are configured for forward facing slight and three additional ones are positioned to give additional lighting to the sides. They have an output of 4500 lumens and the LEDs are rated for 50,000+ hours of use.

The lights come fully equiped with everything needed for installation, including mounting hardware, along with a harness and a factory style rocker switch to operate the lights. Sealed deutsch connectors make the installation plug and play with no cutting or splicing.

Factor 55 UltraHook XTV

Factor 55 makes the world’s safest UTV/ATV winch hook. The Ultrahook XTV features an industry first Closed System Shackle Mount hole machined into the body of the hook. The safety latch retraction pocket results in a clear throat opening. The UV-50X2 is capable of monitoring up to four channels at a time, which is almost unheard of on radios as this price point. You can even run a channel scan while monitoring other frequencies. The LCD display is configurable with nine different color options. The radio features an expanded frequency range of up to 520MHz, which many other radios are not capable of.

Audio broadcast and reception and are exceptionally clear on the BTECH Mobile UV-50X2. The angle of the controls on the left hand side of the radio makes using them exceptionally easy and is a very nice touch. The chipset is fast for a radio in this price range as well, making programming relatively quick and switching functions near instantaneous. If you’re using the radio itself to program channels, the ability to edit channels without creating an entirely new channel is a very helpful feature. Most require you to delete and create a new one if you need to make a change in the channel settings.

You can adjust the Microphone Gain with the in-menu audio adjustments. The BTECH include a 3.5mm Line In/Line Out multi-jack to allow remote audio input and output.

The BTECH Mobile UV-50X2 works well with NMO cables such as the Browning WSPBR1015 coax cable and the Nagoya NMO-72 19.25″ Antenna.
